Secretary-General, Allyson Holley

 

Allyson is a senior pursuing a major in Government and a minor in Persian Language & Literature. This is her 8th year participating in Model United Nations, and she is honored to end her MUN career serving as Secretary-General. Allyson will work to increase efficiency within the organization and bring CTMUN to the next level. Overall, she hopes that delegates will walk away from CTMUN 2012 with a fresh perspective on global issues and an experience they will never forget.

Deputy Secretary-General, Samantha Smith

 

Samantha is a second year Economics and Middle Eastern Studies major. As Deputy Secretary General, she oversees all CTMUN club activities and increases involvement in both the UT & Austin communities. Samantha is thrilled to be on such a great OSG and cannot wait to start changing the world!

Chief-of-Staff, Molly Spratt

 

Molly is a second year Linguistics Major and TIP Fellow. As the Chief of Staff, she trains each member of the Secretariat and gets them ready to facilitate debate smoothly during conference. Molly is excited to get her training up and running in the fall, but will miss getting to interact with delegates like she did as a member of the Secretariat last year. If you see her, go say hello!

Under Secretary-General of Logistics,   Mumta Mittal

 

Mumta is a second year Advertising major with a concentration in Business Foundations. As the USG of Logistics, she books rooms for both the conference and all club related activities and organizes event schedules for the OSG, staffers, and advisors. She hopes everyone will enjoy a smooth conference and is happy to answer any questions regarding logistics.

Under Secretary-General of Finance,  Aneesa Needel

 

Aneesa is a third year Plan II Honors and Economics major, with a minor in BFP. Serving for a second term as the USG of Finance, Aneesa maintains all finances for the entire organization and works hard to ensure money is spent appropriately and efficiently. She is looking forward to a fantastic year with veteran and new members, and hopes that together we can make CTMUN 2012 a huge success.

Under Secretary-General of Registration, Evan Hadfield

 

Evan is a third year Economics and International Relations major, with a minor in Asian Studies. As the USG of Registration, he serves as the liaison between CTMUN and high school team sponsors, assigning countries and committees to their team, handling the online registration process, and registering teams upon arrival to the conference. Under Secretary-General of Delegate Services, Mackenzie Seidl

 

Mackenzie is a second year Business major at the University of Texas with plans of double majoring in finance and marketing. She has always had a love for politics and international relations and is excited to be starting her 6th year of Model United Nations. As the USG of Delegate Services, she oversees the selections of awards, rose sales and distribution, and creating the best possible experience for each delegate. She is so excited to help make this the best CTMUN conference yet.

Under Secretary-General of Public Relations, Angel Sharma 

Angel is a third year pursuing a major in International Relations & Global Studies and a minor in Asian Studies. As USG of Public Relations, Angel arranges all distinguished speakers for CTMUN 2012, maintains all social media accounts, and encourages members of the media to give the conference exposure during the conference. Angel hopes that delegates will be inspired by the ideas they walk away with after CTMUN so they can make a difference in the world.

Under Secretary-General of Crisis,         Nirja Mehta

 

Nirja is a third year Biochemistry and Public Health major. She is serving as USG of Crisis for a second time this year, coordinating crisis committees and overseeing all logistics within those groups. She is also an essential part of all substantive aspects of each crisis. Nirja is excited to work with this year’s OSG and crisis staff to create an educational and exciting experience for each delegate at CTMUN 2012.

Under Secretary-General of Technology, Shelby Wilson

 

Shelby is a third year majoring in Computer Science and Russian Language and Culture. She is thrilled to continue as USG of Technology for her second year, a role which involves maintaining this website and mailing lists, as well as designing the Opening Ceremonies video. Shelby cannot wait to see the amazing conference that her fellow OSG members and Staff will put together this year.
