Dear Delegates and Sponsors,

Welcome to CTMUN Spring 2026! My name is Dhanush, and I’m very excited to serve as CTMUN’s Secretary-General this year. I’m currently a junior here at UT Austin pursuing dual majors in Neuroscience and Plan II, with plans to attend medical school after college.
I had very little Model UN experience before joining CTMUN, which I did during my freshman year. During my first semester, I had the opportunity to staff a crisis committee; after that, I served as the USG of Crisis Operations and subsequently as the Chief of Crisis. Joining CTMUN was by far the best decision I made as a college student, and I am incredibly grateful for all of the amazing experiences I’ve had with this organization. The people of CTMUN are what make it truly special, and I am in constant admiration of their passion for international affairs and collaborative debate.

Of course, our delegates are what make CTMUN possible— their skill and professionalism continue to impress me year after year. Our staffers and the OSG are working tirelessly to plan for our conference this Spring, and we look forward to seeing you there!

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns. Good luck, and see you soon!

Sincerely,

Dhanush Kondapalli
Secretary-General

About CTMUN

Engaging Crises

CTMUN Crisis Directors craft fun and challenging crises for delegates to solve. Delegates must react quickly to changing scenarios and use their diplomatic resources to solve the crisis at hand— or gain an edge against their opponents.
